Greetings I am Deputy Director William Wells and I am the Director for Temporal Investigations. If you have any problems such as you travel backwards or forwards in time. Please contact me immediately and either myself or one of my associates will be out to visit you or we may even request that you travel to us and meet with us regarding your experience.

Prior to becoming the Director I spent the last ten years as an investigator and I still have a firm belief that even the boss has to get out and get his feet wet and his hands dirty to keep him in touch with what is going on with those under his command.

Welcome to the fleet

Welcome, Director William Wells to the Omega Fleet and in particular to setting
up your office aboard Sigma Station Alpha. The station orbits the Omega Planet
and two major cities below, Omega Prime, the Capital and Veltkamp Village,
the business hub of the Omega Fleet Protected Territories.

These facilities fall under my command. As the station orbits above us, I may
drop into your office once in a while. While aboard the station, please enjoy
the pleasures of the Pirate's Cove, the finest restaurant and bar perhaps in the
entire Fleet.

Tell Mr. Ishka to prepare you a fine meal and a finer wine. He is also very
familiar with what goes on around the territory if you have any questions.
